Changes

  • Automated build for the cross-platform dependencies using github actions and github repo. Split Java and Cross-platform builds. See #1 .
  • Updated several deprecated Node.js version usages in the github actions builds.
  • Moved the work-in-progress cipher implementation to branch CIPHER. See #6 .
