This PR adds the Soroban Dapps Challenge to the docs
This course is part challenge, part educational journey that sets the stage for practical and creative blockchain development.
We aim to help the user along in their developer journey providing but not limited to the following:
In-Depth Code Documentation: For each challenge, developers will be provided with comprehensive and well-structured code documentation. This documentation will provide clear explanations of the code, how it functions, and how it can be modified, empowering developers to understand and customize their Dapp effectively.
Boilerplate Smart Contract and UI: To kickstart the development, developers will be provided with a boilerplate smart contract and a user interface framework. This resource will speed up the development process, allowing them to focus on customizing their Dapp.
