Current behavior

Currently, the unassignment just watches the issue and does not take into consideration the pull request.

Suggested solution

The action should check linked pull requests.

  1. If NO linked pull request exists: Functionality as is
  2. If there is a linked pull request AND the author of the PR is the author of the issue: check the activity on the PR BY THE AUTHOR (either commit or comment), then count this
