Templates for creating drawings in FreeCAD. Since I am not happy with the standard ones, I created my own. For a guide on how to make templates for FreeCAD, check out the official guide.

Requirements

• Offer conformity for:
  • DIN EN ISO 7200 - Technical product documentation - Data fields in title blocks and document headers
  • ISO 3098 - Technical product documentation - Lettering
• Personal requirements

DIN EN ISO 7200

There are eight mandatory fields:

1. Legitimate owner (i.e. Company)
2. Part number
3. Issue date
4. Page number
5. Titel
6. Person approving
7. Person creating
8. Document type

• Field for general tolerances, see:
  • DIN ISO 2768-mK (general tolerances)
  • DIN ISO 13715 (edges)
  • DIN ISO 1302 (surface)
• Symbol for projection method (1 or 3)

Font used

To allow for ISO 3098 conformity, the font used is osifont.
