fix: docs platform polish #38

A number of small tweaks and fixes to the docs site. Resolves UL-266

The next/previous page buttons should also display the "section" they're entering (if any)
Logo in header not visible in dark mode
Breadcrumbs should have clickable links
Links should not have .html in their paths
Add .vitepress/cache to .gitignore
Code theme/syntax not visible in light mode
