Consider whether tts:direction and/or tts:unicodeBidi should not semantically apply to one or more types of ruby container spans, in which case may want to add "see also Note" language as has been added to 16 other properties. Will need to consult with CSS WG on this matter.

This could need a substantive change if there is an interop problem between different interpretations, for example.
