We need to figure which to work in what order. Shouldn't do too much until drafts are adopted.
RFC 7923: Requirements for Subscription to YANG Datastores final stages of publication

An ETag is an opaque identifier assigned by a web server to a specific version of a resource found at a URL. If the resource representation at that URL ever changes, a new and different ETag is assigned. Do we want some transport independent entity tag to be maintained for the root of any subscription?
Should this allow correlation across independent subscriptions? How do you look for duplicate pushes across separate subscriptions.
Implications if security filtering results in different.
