Reviewed PPT, spent some time on Publication procedure where the line cards are invisible to the subscriber
- Choices articulated, some preference for a starting point of (1) which is based off of Call Home.
Are there actual conflicts in the subscribed-notification draft which would unnecessarily make the multi-stream push harder?
- Eric to look at on-change sequencing numbers placed within the patch-id. The counter needs to be unique for an originator of a stream.

Discussed multi inheritance extensibility
Discussed that error-App-tag could be the mechanism for 'reason' delivery in for NETCONF transport. The only time yang-data would be sent would be when hints are used.
- Andy suggests identityref to string conversion as: model-name:identity-name.
For non-NETCONF transports, the yang-data would be sent on any failed subscription request as it would include the reason and any hints.
No known unresolved open issues preventing drafts from going to WGLC. Eric to finish updates to text, and push new versions to alias.
